Location

We specialise in large houses in East Anglia, with properties in Norfolk and Suffolk. Both counties offer historic sites, stately homes, wildlife parks, and miles of walking, cycling and bridle paths, plus beautiful beaches and the Norfolk Broads.

The beaches along Norfolk and Suffolk’s curved coast are the main reason many people visit. Even on the busiest summer day, there’s room for games, kite-flying, or a quiet picnic in the dunes. Children can be kept happy cheaply with boating, crabbing, digging for cockles, or wading in muddy creeks.

The Norfolk Broads span much of north‑east and central Norfolk and the northern edge of Suffolk. They are a National Park with over 125 miles of lock‑free waterways. You can hire self‑drive boats at many launch points or join piloted cruises.

There’s a great range of shops and warm hospitality in Georgian towns like Burnham Market, Holt, Aldeburgh and Southwold. Wherever you are, you’ll find cosy flagstone pubs serving local ales and regional food. Norwich is a top shopping destination, known for its historic market (dating to the 11th century), the boutique filled Lanes and modern shopping malls.

All of our holiday homes are perfectly based from which to plan your special holiday in East Anglia.
